MMA "On The Fringe" is a new column in which we will devote some attention to some rising stars in the combat game who are not yet household names. First up, Brian Stann. Brian is a US Marine who sports a perfect 5-0 record in which he has yet to have an opponent go more than one round with him. He currently fights in the WEC and has begun to train with Randy Couture at Xtreme Couture. The guy is just a solid beast with brutal hands much like a Houston Alexander. He has been just so dominant in such a short career that the sky seems the limit for the Silver Star active Marine Corps Officer in the Light Heavyweight division. Now developing his all around game, the "All American" with the cult following and is possibly in line for a title shot at Doug "Rhino" Marshall.
