Kimbo Slice vs Ken Shamrock October 4th On CBS

Ken "Deathwish" Shamrock has apparently slipped into senility, for at the tender age of 44 he is signing up to fight the behemoth known as Kimbo Slice. Granted, Kimbo is not the most talented of the new Heavyweights in the MMA scene, but clearly the guy has a powerful punch and Ken has lost his last 6 fights by (T)KO and has not won a fight since 2004! 3 and 8 since 2000 and was decimated by the awesome striking power Sakuraba is known for, embarrassed 3 times by the overrated and job hunting Tito Ortiz, plus beaten by journeyman and now retired Robert Berry (12-8). The guys chin isn't suspect, it is straight up guilty for being fragile and having neon lights surrounding his "knock unconscious" button. Shamrock's better days were gone in the early 90's and now he seems to be headed for a stupor inducing, Ali shaking, patchy verbiage speaking, and early "living death" (Ken's most famous saying if'n ya don't know).

I get it, Elite XC is having money troubles and this will no doubt draw a huge rating on CBS as the former MMA legend and WWF Professional Wrestler meets the narrowly undefeated and Internet sensation/bully known as Slice. Great for business, but how is it going to look when you allowed a very famous MMA athlete die on your stage in front of an unprepared audience that actually believes Ken has got a shot in hell at winning? This has disaster written all over it for Ken but hey, the guy is no doubt hauling in a sweet payday and nobody is going to tarnish his reputation any more than he has already done himself. Perhaps he can tag in his brother Frank Shamrock to save him with a steel folding chair, only to at the last minute have his traitorous bro smash the weapon over Ken's already bloody and battered face raising the hand of his new partner in crime, Kimbo.

Perhaps I got a little off track there but the gist of the matter is Ken is getting a payday and a beating. Kimbo gets to demolish another MMA "name" and his star just continues to rise. Just keep in mind Kimbo, after this sacrificial lamb they are feeding you, Brett Rogers is waiting patiently and will shut down the star parade of the unbeatable Kimbo Slice. Elite XC has announced Rogers gets the winner of the bout and will be watching ringside. Kimbo, when you step in the cage with "The Grim," shit is going to get real.........quick.
