Charles (his real name) is a former Ultimate Fighting Championship Light Heavyweight Champion which he successfully defended 4 times after obtaining the belt. His kickboxing record is 20 wins and 2 losses, with 16 of his wins coming by way of knockout. He, along with Matt Hughes and Randy Couture, has the most UFC fights with 23. Chuck was one of the 1st true break-thru stars of MMA garnering a rabid fan following and exciting crowds with his in your face KO or be KO'd style.

At the press conference for UFC 125, friend Dana White gave the special moment to the "Iceman" who choked back tears as he tried to say goodbye, having to stop for a moment to collect himself. It was then that the crowd erupted in cheers for Chuck and he finally said his goodbye.

"Thank you and I love you all." - Charles
  • On July 10, 2009, he was inducted into the UFC's Hall of Fame.
  • 2006 Sherdog "Fighter Of The Year"

  • "Fight Of The Year" in 2008 vs Wanderlei Silva
  • All around bad ass
Chuck will continue in movies in television and as the director of business for UFC in business or whatever they called it, but we will always remember the killer who Tito feared, Randy respected, and went to war with no fear. We at MMAFO will miss you and thank you for all your efforts for the sport in and out of the ring.
