Forrest Griffin, age 34, has now joined the list of MMA fighters using testosterone replacement therapy or TRT to cheat the rules and up their game. Griffin has now joined the TRT team with Chael Sonnen, Frank Mir, Nate Marquardt, Quinton Jackson, Todd Duffee, Shane Roller, and Dan Henderson who all also cheat regularly.
Apparently, the again, 34 year old needs the procedure for middle aged men whose bodies no longer produce testosterone due to hypogonadism (which is a rare disease that is plaguing MMA now) or misusing steroids
Griffin obviously doesn’t need TRT but apparently needed it to cheat his way past, the past his prime aged fraud, Tito Ortiz in a close, unexciting bout.
