Ultimate Fight Night 67 Results: Condit Shatters Alves

CARLOS THE UNDEAD KILLER
MMAFO went 10-2 on the picks this evening on a terrible card. There wasn't much to write home about save that the killer called Condit has returned!

Carlos Condit defeated Thiago Alves via TKO (Doctor Stoppage) at 5:00 of the 2nd round.

The "Natural Born Killer" showed zero signs of rust as he used all eight points to cut up and break the nose of Alves. Thiago's proboscis was so badly damaged the doctor was forced to halt the bout after the 2nd round. "Performance of the Night"

Look kids, we said it long ago, Carlos Condit was a Champion before and he will be a Champion again. Bet on it. This guy is a terror.

Charles Oliveira submitted Nik Lentz by Guillotine Choke at 1:10 of the 3rd round.

Bad blood be damned, in an exciting fight "Do Bronx" used some of the nastiest Jiu-Jitsu in the game to latch onto a guillotine choke that Nik had no chance of escaping from. The Featherweight division is on notice. "Submission of the Night"

Alex Oliveira tapped K.J. Noons with ease via RNC at 2:51 of the very 1st round.

Oh KJ has no grappling game? Who knew? Well, everybody and the "Brazilian Cowboy" had little trouble owning Noons in a single round.

Francimar Barroso defeated Ryan Jimmo by Unanimous Decision (30-27 2x, 29-28) in a dreadful fight.

Credit the toughness of Jimmo this night people. Barroso kicked Ryan so hard in the groin that Jimmo literally vomited into a bucket while trying to recover. The man should have quit but he fought on though he had no answer for the grappling of Francimar. This was an awful fight to watch.

Francisco Trinaldo defeated Norman Parke by Split Decision (29-28 2x, 28-29) in a lackluster bout.

Terrible. Bad fight, but Trinaldo definitely deserved to win.

Darren Till KO’d Wendell Oliveira with vicious Elbows at 1:37 of the 2nd round.

Holy shit did Till kill Oliveira with two devastating elbows that put the lights clean out! Wow that was an impressive debut.

Rony Bezerra submitted Damon Jackson via Triangle Choke at 3:35 of the opening round.

Rony "Jason" looked good again tapping Jackson and then going on a political rant about Brazilian government being corrupt. No shit. All governments are corrupt.

Jussier Da Silva defeated Wilson Reis by Unanimous Decision (29-28 3x).

"Formiga" won in a hotly contested bout against a very game Reis. Its now a two man race between Da Silva and the ultra-annoying John Dodson to challenge Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson.

Nicolas Dalby defeated Elizeu Zaleski by Split Decision (29-28 2x, 28-29).

Now this was an exciting scrap. Zaleski brought kill you power to the cage but Dalby just had more game. Elizeu is more well rounded but MMAFO can't wait to see both guys fight again! "Fight of the Night"

Mirsad Bektic TKO’d Lucas Martins via Punches at 0:30 of the 2nd round.

"Hectic" Bektic as Michael Bisping coined this very evening, finally put his game together as he mauled Martins in violent fashion. "(T)KO of the Night"

Juliana Lima defeated Ericka Almeida by Unanimous Decision (30-27 2x, 30-25) in a boring fight.

Lima is fast becoming the most boring female fighter in the UFC today. Shit that was awful.

Tom Breese TKO’d Luiz Dutra via Punches at 4:58 of the 1st round.

Tristar's newest upstart is looking good and somewhere Firas Zahabi is smiling.
