Din Thomas (25-8) vs. Ricardo Mayorga (0-0) Since being bounced from the UFC after a loss to Josh Neer, "Dinyero" has bounced around a bit earning stoppages in all 3 of his fights. A MMA pro of 33 fights, 7 by (T)KO, 14 by submission, and continually honing his skills with ATT. "El Matador" is a former WBC Champion with a boxing record of 28-7 with 22 coming by way of KO though he lost 4 of his last 7 and has not competed since 2008. So the obvious question is, can Thomas take this to the floor assuming he doesn't have an out of control ego that tells him to try and knock out the heavy handed Boxer, or can Ricardo sprawl & brawl enough to land that big punch. I will always bet MMA over boxing as we begin to see more and more crossover bouts and fully expect a tapout from the overly cocky smoker.

Murilo "Ninja" Rua (18-10-1) vs. David Heath (14-6) The well fed Mr. Heath is mostly known for getting choked into near oblivion after insulting the very proud Renato Sobral but the former UFC veteran has won 5 of 8 but not against anyone worth a damn. "Ninja" has been polishing "Shogun's" Light Heavyweight title and winning 2 bouts in a row in the homeland's MMA promotion Bitetti Combat. Whatsagonnahappen, is "Ninja" will come out crazy go nuts attacking with abandon and Heath will try to weather the storm. This is probably a coin flipper but I'll always take the Rua member in a pinch.
WINNER-Murilo Rua by Decision
Nick "Goat" Thompson (38-12-1) vs. Eduardo Pamplona (12-2) The "Goat" has dropped 2 in a row and not much has gone right recently for the enigmatic ground fighter. Ed is a scary lookin' M-1 fighter who is riding a 7 fight winning streak since losing to Robbie Lawler back in '07. I'll take Eddy to avoid and attack his way to a judges nod.
WINNER-Eduardo Pamplona
Braulio Estima (0-0) vs. Rick Hawn (5-0) My estimation is for Estima.

Alexandre “Cacareco” Ferreira (18-6) vs. Jamal Patterson (5-2) The Chute Boxe submission fighter has won 7 in a row none going to decision. The "Suit" has been AWOL since his decent IFL days where he employed wrestling and vice grip submissions. I don't like picking ring rusty fighters (thanks a lot Pat Cote) so though my instinct says Pat, I'll go safer with Chute Boxe.

Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett (10-4) vs. Luiz Azeredo (12-8) The oft jailed continually erratic "KH" is coming off a KO loss which is supposed to be his game. Chute Boxe's "Joker" has been up and down fighting sporadically since his Pride FC days. A 2 year layoff brings my rust rule just spoken of, but the fool that is "Krazy Horse" puts all of that to rest.
