Erin Beach defeats Joao Silva by Unanimous Decision
Matt Horwich Upsets Thales Leites by RNC in the 4th round to become the Middleweight Champion. The crazy "Bible Thumper" actually pulled it off and Thales now see's his career future remaining in the minor leagues. This win won't be an amazing win for Horwich just because he has a meaningless belt. It will get him more work on the indie scene which upsets me.
Tony Lopez threw a KO inducing knee on Jason Lambert in the 2nd round to become Light Heavyweight Champion. Oh dear "Punisher" I believe you would have been better off against Allan Goes who wasn't there and I don't know why. Independants. Watcha gonna do.
Terry Martin continues his meandering career path gaining a Split-Decision on Jorge Ortiz and I could not care less.
Tim Sylvia KO'd Paul Buentello at the end of the 2nd. Tim stalked Paul imposing his size and keeping the "Burrito" trapped in the corners of the ring for up close punishment. Paul just didn't really get into the groove while Sylvia executed a smart gameplan and even adapted once he saw how effective his leg kicks were becoming. The leg kicks dropped Buentello's hands and that would be the mistake that cost him the fight.

7-1-1 on the picks. I'm not counting my loss with Jason Lambert because I thought he was still fighting Allen Goes.
