Strikeforce Henderson Vs. Babalu II Results In A Night Of KO's

Ovince St. Preux Upsets a disastrous outing by Benji Radach by Unanimous Decision. Benji looked terrible and almost got stopped in the very 1st round. Radach survived but something is not right with that guy as Preux has now quietly won 6 in a row.

Antonio Silva mounts the comeback to earn the KO on Mike Kyle. "Mak" takes the fight on a weeks notice and drops "Bigfoot" with a 1-2-3 combination and battering G&P on the mat. Kyle looked small in Silva's giant guard as Antonio calmed down and weathered the early storm. Of course, Mike being the habitual cheater that he is, headbutted Antonio in the chest which is illegal and was warned by referee John McCarthy. Mike also landed multiple shots to the back of "Bigfoot's" head and Silva complained to the referee. Enough nonsense, and Silva takes Kyle down locking on the Anaconda choke though "Mak" escapes. Then its to full mount and Silva goes all "hulk smash" on Mike rendering him unconscious.

Robbie Lawler KO'd Matt Lindland quick and thoroughly. The "Law" just has no buisness fighting anymore in my opinion. Robbie got "Ruthless" as predicted and takes a step closer to a title shot.

* Luke Rockhold would be good for Robbie next if he doesn't get the shot at Champion Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza.

Paul Daley KO'd Scott Smith through the floor in another quick ending! Scott's 1st attempt at Welterweight could not have gone worse. "Semtex" hurt him almost immediately and then Daley poured it on until Smith was asleep, face down, in the center of the mat. I hate Daley but you have to respect his stand up skills. The "Comeback Kid" will rebound from this defeat and I like his move down in weight.

* Paul Daley said he wants to fight KJ Noons next and I vote for a Scott Smith versus Marius Zaromskis!

Dan Henderson KO's Renato Sobral ending the 3rd Strikeforce fight in a row with a 1st round KO! Holy shit that was an angry, brutal "Hendo" of old! Dan just came out furious and beat "Babalu" like he stole from him. I like "Babalu" a lot but his chin is becoming suspect

* Dan Henderson gets his title shot in 2011 against Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante according to Scott Coker. The bout is tentatively scheduled for March.
