UFC 199 Results: Michael Bisping Becomes UFC Middleweight Champion!

Beginning with UFC 199, MMAFO has decided to post results based upon our deeming of importance. It's our Imperious Opinion and we stand by it. It's not like we're banning people because we are moronic bullies. Anywho, on to the amazing results of an amazing card that the UFC ruined.

We must start off with the sad news that Muhammad Ali has passed away. Ali was truly "The Greatest" and he will be missed. Muhammad did so much with his life and we simply hope he is at peace now. R.I.P champ! Muhammad Ali January 17, 1942-June 3, 2016.

Michael Bisping KO’d Luke Rockhold by slaughtering punches at 3:36 of the very 1st round to achieve his destiny and become the UFC Middleweight Champion!

Nobody, nobody saw this coming. Two weeks notice and "The Count" rocked Rockhold's world with an overhand right that sent Luke careening into the fence wall. Bisping followed up with some nasty punches as Rockhold's head bounced back and forth and off the fence! It was some truly gruesome violence and "destiny" has been achieved as Michael Bisping shocks the world becoming a champion and doing it in such emphatic fashion! Congrats lad and at the post fight presser the two men were not finished with the feud and bickered.

Bisping had the taunt of the night when Rockhold said, "I'm ready to go now,"

Bisping responded, "No you're not. You got knocked out. You're suspended for at least 90 days!"

It was a hilarious and painful burn for which Luke had no response.
This thing ain't over.

Ariel Helwani and two of his MMA Fighting colleagues were escorted from the building and "banned for life" for simply revealing the Diaz versus McGregor rematch and the return of Brock Lesnar at UFC 200. The man was simply doing his job and the UFC should be ashamed and embarrassed by their childish unprofessional actions. On such a great night, the interest turned to the bullying actions by a company that preaches loudly that they are a "real sport" while behaving as if they are dictators trying to control what is said and written about them. If you want to be treated like the "big" sports, how about behaving like professionals and not petulant children who didn't get their way?

Dan Henderson KO’d Hector Lombard via head kick and elbow at 1:27 of the 2nd round.

"Hendo" delivered the promised head kick which wobbled Lombard. Hector held onto Dan's leg and the ageless warrior delivered an elbow to the temple that crumpled the Cuban to the canvas. Henderson then delivered two more devastating elbows before the referee could stop him and Hector was unconscious for an uncomfortably long time. It was a massacre and the 45 year old fighter was showered with cheers in his home state and for the 1st time admitted this might be his last dance. "KO of the Night"

Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor will do the damned thing yet again at UFC 202 in August. The rematch was reported and the arena exploded when the camera showed 209's Nate mean mugging and flexing for the camera. Go get em homie!

Max Holloway defeated Ricardo Lamas by Unanimous Decision (30-27 3x).

Max showed showed just how good his boxing skills are while racking up his 9th win in a row! The exciting division is sadly still on hold while champ Conor McGregor plays around at 170 trying to get one back from Nate Diaz. Lamas was game as always trying his best but ultimately was outgunned and outclassed. The final moments of the 3rd round proved interesting as Holloway pointed at the ground, Lamas nodded in agreement, and the men threw with abandon in an exciting final flurry. Max wants a card to come to his home state of Hawaii and deserved the winner of the Interim title fight between Frankie Edgar and Jose Aldo this summer.

Dustin Poirier TKO’d Bobby Green with punches at 2:53 of the opening round.

Bobby tried to talk trash and while he was taunting he ate a combination of punches to the jaw that humbled him all the way to the canvas. Green got up and tried to continue but Poirier never let him back in putting on the finishing touches in impressive fashion. Green proved once again he's an idiot and not just because he tattooed his damn dome. Dustin "Diamond" continues to climb the Lightweight ladder and foes better beware!

Beneil Dariush KO’d James Vick via punches at 4:16 of the 1st round.

Vick has a real problem with posting off his opponents heads and poking them in the eye. He does it in almost every fight and he did it twice to Dariush tonight. Despite this, Beneil was able to take aim and topple James like he was Stefan Struve. Dariush just annihilated Vick and found some redemption!

Marco Polo Reyes KO'd Dony Hyun Kim at 1:53 of the final round of a crazy war!

Nobody was expecting much from these two Lightweights but Jesus they have a battle! This wasn't pretty but was a damn fun slobber knocker. The combatants basically just stood in front of each other and traded bombs. Both men were wounded and exhausted in a fight that has to be seen multiple times. "Fight of the Night"

Brock Lesnar will return to Zuffa and face Mark Hunt at UFC 200! Holy fucking shit! Even commentator Joe Rogan was shocked by the news but "Ariel Knows." An interesting development but it's a one time deal allowed by the WWE.Dong Hyun Kim KO’d Marco Polo Reyes with punches at 1:52 of the 3rd round.

Brian Ortega KO’d Clay Guida by knee at 4:40 of the 3rd round.

Guida was winning this bout until the final round when he ducked down into a huge knee from Ortega who had a very flat performance otherwise. Clay got up and didn't even know the fight had ended. A sad day for "Carpenter" fans.

There were also rumors that Clay Guida and Nate Diaz got into an argument in the back though nothing has been made official yet.

Alex Caceres Upset Cole Miller by Unanimous Decision (29-28 2x, 30-27).

WTF happened? Um, we bet good money on Miller and he did not deliver. We're still in shock about this one.

Jessica Andrade TKO’d Jessica Penne with punches at 2:56 of the 2nd round.

Oh man, Andrade beat the shit out of Penne. MMAFO loves us some Penne and that was two brutal losses in a row that were very violent and hard to watch. All the best to Penne in the future but her offensive game has got to improve. Andrade looked like a lil' monster at her new weight.

Sean Strickland defeated Tom Breese by Split Decision (28-29, 29-28 2x).

There was so much potential here between two promising talented young fighters, but they did not deliver. Neither man got going and there was a whole lot of inaction out there. MMAFO scored the bout for Breese even though we picked Strickland. There really was some odd judging tonight but these men will continue to improve though this bout was disappointing.

Luiz Henrique da Silva TKO’d Jonathan Wilson via punches at 4:11 of the 2nd round.

Da Silva proved he's game after a slow initial round. "Frankenstein" rallied and crushed Wilson. Interesting to see how the Brazilian will fare in the shallow Light Heavyweight division.

Kevin Casey versus Elvis Mutapcic was ruled a Split Draw.

This fight was boring and garbage. MMAFO scored it for Casey but neither man earned it and its one of those rare times when its nice to see nobody get rewarded.

Don Frye will be a part of this years UFC Hall of Fame class. He is a pioneer but he's a garbage human being so take it how you will.

Dominick Cruz defeated Urijah Faber by Unanimous Decision (50-45 2x, 49-46).

Eh, fuck him.

7-5-1 on the picks. We are slumping big time.
